Zirkus Chnopf - UFE
Neptunwiese - Bienne
Air is everything or nothing. It's our source of life—invisible, often ignored, yet essential. A single breath is all it takes to come into the world. But what happens when air becomes scarce? When we have to find ways to produce it to survive?
Zirkus Chnopf addresses these questions through images, music, encounters, acrobatics, and dance. In a quest for freedom and community, we explore, by swaying, the poetic space between earth and air.
For UFE , it is the environment, crises, and the desire for lightness that have challenged us, and we invite you on a journey through resistance and poetic moments. The performance invites you to rediscover air as a living space and metaphor, and to experience how, like on a swing, a shared breath can arise from individual bodies.
